A Peaceful Morning & A Cozy Corner Refresh
Happy Memorial Day! I hope you had a chance to enjoy a quiet, restful start to your day. Mine was especially peaceful, and I thought I’d share a little update from my cozy corner — it’s amazing what a few small touches can do to refresh your space and your mood.
1. A Succulent Start
I spent the morning arranging them along the windowsill. There's something so calming about working with plants — and seeing those little pops of green soaking up the sunlight just makes the whole room feel more alive.
2. Butterfly Light Obsession
I’m currently obsessed with my butterfly string lights. They add such a soft, whimsical glow in the evenings — it’s so enchanting.
3. Fresh Pots, Happy Plants
My spider plant and a couple more succulents got potted into fresh new planters, and they seem pretty happy about it (or maybe that’s just me projecting… either way, thriving!).
4. A Splash of Salmon-Pink
To add a bit of warmth and color, I picked up some new salmon-pink floral pillows. They’re cheerful, soft, and the perfect way to welcome summer indoors.
5. Trailing Succulent Dilemma
I’ve got one last finishing touch to figure out: a beautiful trailing succulent that I just can’t decide where to hang. I want it somewhere where it can be seen and admired, but I’m still testing a few spots. Suggestions are welcome!
There’s something really satisfying about making small changes to your space and watching it come together. Thanks for stopping by, and I hope you’re enjoying some beauty and calm in your own corner of the world today.
