Ice Blue & Navy Ruffles
When I was in NYC, I stayed on the Upper West Side. On my last day there, I decided to walk through Central Park and visit the Anthropologie on the East Side. The fall looks this year are so rich in color. Traditional burgundy and brown tones are being paired with unexpected shades like plum and blush pink. It’s a fresh take on classic autumn style, and I’m loving the contrast.
I also wandered into the sale section to see if I could find any pieces that would work for fall. That’s where I found a lovely light blue, waist-cinched button-down tunic. It immediately reminded me of the crisp, cool air of the season. The soft blue contrasts beautifully with the warm tones of fall foliage, making it an unexpected yet perfect autumn piece. I also love that it’s a great transitional item for the upcoming holiday season. It can easily be dressed up or down. I styled it casually with sneakers, but I can’t wait to try it with ballet flats or a sleek heel for a more polished look.

I also found a pair of ruffle-hemmed pants that instantly caught my eye. Even though they're a classic navy, a very neutral shade, the ruffle detail adds a playful, unexpected twist. They give the overall look a bit more dimension without being too bold. This outfit is perfect for my neutral-loving girlies who still want a subtle pop of color and personality. The charm is all in the details, each piece adds something unique while keeping the look effortless and balanced.
